Bug#861879: ges1.0-tools: Missing man page for ges-launch-1.0

Dear Maintainer,

GES 1.12 has a man page for ges-launch-1.0 but the debian package does
not ship it.

The attached patch fixes the problem.

BTW, are the GStreamer/GES debian source packages available in some
public repository?  I don't see any Vcs-* fields in the control files.
