No, it would be part of libgtk2-perl. In this case, the version of the
perl bindings (1.140) supports Gtk2::PrintSettings, but it was compiled
some time ago against the old Gtk2 libraries (2.8.X), which didn't
support Gtk-Print yet. As the bindings decide on compile time which code
to built, the printing stuff was turned off. Now a new enough Gtk
version is available, but the perl bindings haven't been rebuilt for
it. I'll upload a new Gtk2 version soon, that should fix your problem.
