I went through your patches at

  A few of them prompted me to do something:

• Glib, fix-man-pages: fixed with "=encoding utf8".

• Gtk2, 10-fix_unicode_chars_in_manpages.dpatch: fixed with "=encoding utf8".

• Gtk2, 20-fix_GdkKeys_tests_for_xvfb.dpatch: fixed with a different, less 
invasive change.
