    Let libsoapysdr-dev provide libsoapysdr0.6-dev
    
    This allows module packages that create module packages with the
    soapysdr soversion in them to Build-Depend on a matching SoapySDR
    development package. The name of the package itself staus
    libsoapysdr-dev and is the package name normal users of SoapySDR should
    use.
