It's true it affects all services, but HAProxy offers a specific
"workaround" that can help things. I also have mixed feelings about
including this information, but I think it's good to give the users a
heads-up, especially since this issue will manifest possibly a long time
after setting up HAProxy for the first time (likely at the next boot).

It's not urgent, it can even wait until the next upstream version I
guess. Let's wait say for a couple of weeks in case anything else shows
up, or any progress is made on the ifupdown side.
