Hi!

I have requested haproxy.debian.net domain and put a simple page with
instructions to install HAProxy:
 http://haproxy.debian.net/

The page is hosted on my own server since I think we don't have access
to any Debian host with the possibility to have a custom domain. There
is also a repository with HAProxy 1.5 for Wheezy. Nothing fancy. Once
Alioth is up again, I will push the appropriate branch in git. Thanks to
the existing backports, this is just a recompilation against
wheezy+backports.
