[Pkg-haproxy-maintainers] New experimental release

Hey!

Do we release a new experimental version with the changes currently
waiting on Alioth? I didn't follow the mailing-list in the last couple
of weeks, so maybe there is something to update.

Also, what did we say about patching the 1.4 branch?
