[Pkg-haproxy-maintainers] incomplete instructions for haproxy 1.6

When following the directions on the site for haproxy 1.6-stable using
debian wheezy,  I get the following error:


# apt-get install haproxy -t wheezy-backports-1.6
Reading package lists... Done

requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.

 haproxy : Depends: liblua5.3-0 but it is not installable
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.


apt-cache search liblua shows 5.1 available, but not 5.3.
