[Pkg-haproxy-maintainers] ²haproxy upgrade fail because "start" fail when haproxy was allready running

hi,

  i tried to upgrade haproxy using the backport on wheezy from the basic 
repo to have the mast 1.5 version but it fails because:

Setting up haproxy (1.5.15-1~bpo7+1) ...
[....] Starting haproxy: haproxy/usr/sbin/haproxy already running.
  failed!
invoke-rc.d: initscript haproxy, action "start" failed.
dpkg: error processing haproxy (--configure):
  subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 2
Errors were encountered while processing:
  haproxy
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)


  haproxy runs and the upgrade try a start and that fail the upgrade and 
blocking all the apt system :)

  just wanted to report that.
