Dear maintainer,

hhvm uses ocamlbuild. To ease a future transition to ocaml 4.05.0,
where ocamlbuild is a separate package, please add it to
Build-Depends. The dependency is fullfilled by ocaml 4.02.3-10 at the
moment.
