https://alioth.debian.org/account/register.php . I'll add you to the
project. Welcome to the team!
This will also give you write privileges on the team repository. Put
your packages there; follow the example of logs of how I did it for
horde (you can use tla_load_dirs for the initial import, obviously)
and the other email I just sent.

If a team member prepares an upload, he will add himself to
Uploaders.

It seems natural that the DDs in team will sponsor you. Like I said to
Jose: tell us when you think the packages are good for an upload.
