[pkg-horde] Unresolved issues with horde 3.1.1-1

I am still experiencing some issues with the new horde3 3.1.1-1
packages.  Basically, I am having to wait about 3-5 minutes from the
time I successfully enter my username/password until I get to my portal
page.  Also, I sometimes don't get the sidebar.  I.e., the space is
there but it is blank.

Here are the package versions I am using:

horde3_3.1.1-1_all.deb
imp4_4.0.4-3_all.deb
kronolith2_2.1-1_all.deb
mnemo2_2.1-1_all.deb
nag2_2.1-1_all.deb
php-http-request_1.2.0-1_all.deb
php-net-url_1.0.14-1_all.deb
turba2_2.1-1_all.deb

All other packages on the machine are from Sarge, including the apache2
and php4 packages.  I have these versions of my own two packages:

gollem: 1.0.1-1
chora2: 2.0.1-1

Basically, I want to make sure I have this resolved before I go about
updating the gollem package, since I want to be able to test it and know
that it is working correctly and that I don't have some weirdness in my
horde config causing problems.

AFAICT, everything appears to function correctly, except for the
ridiculous delay at login.  Can anyone suggest what may be wrong here?
