[2] is not the Apache License 1.1, but is Apache-1.1-like.
I think your ITP License line is incorrect.

[3] concerns GPL-compatibility. Are you combining with GPL work?

Have the Horde Project given written permission for that? It would
help avoid the uncertainty.
