[pkg-horde] Should this bug be closed?

I was looking at some of the open bugs against the horde family of 
packages.  I am wondering if this one should be considered closed:

It looks like both new versions of IMP and Horde have been uploaded 
since it was opened.  perhaps it was forgotten to include it in a 
changelog?  Should it be closed manually?
