[pkg-horde] Bug#354540: imp4: Unable to edit identities

When trying to edit one of two setup identities I receive the following
javascript error: "identities[id] has no properties (line 109)" both on IE 6.0 and
Firefox 1.5 (WinXP) after choosing one of the identities from the
identities dropdown.
