Plus the emails I sent to the list in the thread "GNU Arch repo
created - working on horde 3.0.9" and "TLA primer". Don't bother doing
things manually like I did for the horde 3.0.7 import, just use
tla_load_dirs like I did for horde 3.0.9 (tla_load_dirs will try to do
a "commit" and it will fail, just issue the "import" by hand,
tla_load_dirs will have done 95% of the work).

It can take a day or so between you getting added to the project and
write permission to happen. ssh to arch.debian.org and type "groups"
(and the enter/return key). If "pkg-horde" is in the list, you have
write permissions.
