inoperative; the package is thus not completely inoperative, and this

The problem seems to be that Horde 3.1 is not compatible with the
version of Turba you have installed; you need turba 2.1. Alas, it is
not yet in Debian. In the meantime, I recommend you downgrade horde3
to a 3.0 version. (Note that you are very much recommended to upgrade
to 3.1.1 as soon as we upload it.) Alternatively, you can remove turba
from the sidebar, without removing it. It may work.

But, obviously, the horde3 package should "know" it breaks turba and
conflict with earlier versions.
