I will gladly allow the conversion of any copyrights in my name to
be change to the name of "The Horde Project" and put under any license
Chuck et al think is best.
I really don't care what license any of this stuff is under. When I created
all the code, I just copied existing horde LICENSE files and existing horde
php files to use as templates, and hence used what ever license was in the
files I copied. I think Chuck et al have changed some of the license stuff
in sork in the past, but I don't much remember the details.
