Well, when we setup group maintenance, you feared that nobody would do
anything, because everybody thought the other would do it. So we
decided to have a "main maintainer" for every package, that should
feel responsible for it, with the others helping out if/when they have
the time / want.

So I'm ensuring someone feels responsible for the packages where Jose
was the "main" maintainer.
