[pkg-horde] horde3 and turba2 installation problems

I installed horde3 and imp4 on a Debian Dapper/Drake AMD64 machine, 
turba2 failed completely:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
  turba2: Depends: horde3 but it is not going to be installed
E: Broken package


I followed the instructions given in 
/usr/share/doc/horde3/README.Debian.gz but failed:

The apache2 showed me this:


  A fatal error has occurred


      Failed to import Horde configuration: Horde3 configuration
      disabled by default because the administration/install wizard
      gives the whole world too much access to the system. Read
      /usr/share/doc/horde3/README.Debian.gz on how to allow access.


which is not very funny, because I did exacty what was written in the 
readme.

Any suggestions what to do?
I really need a good webmailer...
