[pkg-horde] Bug#461223: imp4: "Help/About..." option has a broken link

"Help/About..." option has a broken link due CREDITS file relocated to 
/usr/share/doc/imp4 location (and then gziped).

Our tester reports this also happened on our current deployment (sarge).

Not sending this from the original box because it hasn't reportbug 
installed and I have no root access at this time.
