[pkg-horde] Bug#461400: horde3: Code error due to bad translations (Horde bug #5837)

According to the Horde bug #5837 the es_ES translation has entities in the translated strings that must be removed.
These entities render some form validation code useless, e.g, I can't remove a group due this bug.
