severity 486679 wishlist
thanks

Hi Carl

First. Please tell which configuration dependent include once statements
that you have a problem with.

Secondly horde3 do not break anything. Actually horde3 have intentionally
a broken configuration in the beginning. This is the reason why I have set
this to wishlist. If you tell me the problem in more detail I can agree
to change the severity to normal or even important.

There are no requirement on any package to have a fully configured install.
Reasonable defaults are good but for many packages that is impossible to
accomplish.

Hope to hear from you soon about which include_once that you have
specifically problems with.

Thanks in advance.
