[pkg-horde] Bug#498233: imp4 should depend on php-db

Actualy imp4 does not have php-db dependency declared.
When delete selected messages and package php-db is not installed ,
imp4 display this error:

Fatal error: Horde_History::require_once() [function.require]: Failed

in /usr/share/horde3/lib/Horde/History.php on line 58

Install package phb-db solve this error.
