Sorry for those repeated replies, I'm back from hollydays ...

Thanks for all this information. I will look at those quickly.
You can update the wiki page yourself, but the goal is to remove much
hand-made modifications. This was done with kolab 2.2.0 with horde 3.2
but major regressions happened with horde 3.3.

There is a kolab specific patch for this. It should be found and
applied to horde's package.
