"/var/log/horde/" directory shouldn't be writeable by www-data
(we could even think to use "chmod 710 /var/log/horde/").
Only "/var/log/horde/horde3.log" file should be. And it think
like Ola Lundqvist  that it should be a sysadmin choice (note
logging is disable by default).
