I just installed kolab (http://pkg-kolab.alioth.debian.org/packages) and horde3 in a fresh testing system. After configuring kolab and horde, I logged into the horde3 web interface.
Login was successful. Afterwards I saw a three pane splitted frame website.
The top frame (including "Start", "Settings", "Problems", "Help" and "Logout") looks ok.
The main frame contains the following warnings:

The most obvious problem seems to be the missing "NET/LDAP2.php" file.
I could not find any debian package providing this file, so I am a little bit confused now.
I would appreciate any help!
