[pkg-horde] new horde3 packages for testing

Hi

There are new horde3 packages, which I'd like to release in a forthcoming DSA. 
I am currently testing these packages and could use some help from people that 
are actively using horde3. You can find the updated packages here[0]. Please 
install them and note any regression you find (if there is any) and email me in 
private on whether they worked fine for you or not. Please indicate which 
version you've tested.
