[pkg-horde] Can someone work on those two RFP required for horde4/5?

As a side note, as horde3 support will be dropped once horde5 is
released (soon: [1]), we should probably remove horde3 packages from
sid (and testing=wheezy).

Hurry up if you want horde 4 or horde 5 in Wheezy!
