[pkg-horde] Updating horde 3 packages

Hi,

I have updated and uploaded Horde 3.3.12 and IMP 4.3.10 to unstable. I
don't have time to do more for now.

I suggest to update the other ones in popcon order: turba2,
kronolith2, ingo1, mnemo2, nag2, gollem, sork-passwd-h3,
sork-vacation-h3, horde-sam, dimp1, sork-forwards-h3, chora2, ansel1.

Anyone interested can follow instructions at
http://wiki.debian.org/Horde/GitUsage (in particular sections
#New_upstream_release and #New_Debian_package_with_new_upstream).

NB: If on wheezy/unstable, you need to upload
