So I noticed *sigh* We didn't really need 64 RM requests.

and is this the considered view of the team, including those who /are/
involved in that packaging?

I don't see what the point of getting php-horde-channel packaged
separately and unblocked was if the result was just going to be the huge
pile of RMs. We could just have done that to start with.
