[pkg-horde] util package

Hi maintainers,

May I have an estimation of ETA for php-horde-util version ≥ 2.1.0
as php-horde-webmail refuses to install because of version = 2.0.3-1?

I'd rather stick to the Debian packages as I read in horde wiki
that pear upgrades could break an installation as I plan to
install horde for my future clients.
