Can you elaborate on this. If this is persistent, create another bug report.

Can you check your log configuration?

Horde is still useful without ActiveSync.

This probably come from the partial upload (3 packages are in the NEW
queue, and I'm keeping the new Horde_Core until they pass the NEW
queue).

First fix your logs and come back with their contents (otherwise, a
network capture can help).
