[pkg-horde] Bug#773827: php-horde-core: missing dependency to libjs-excanvas

Dear Maintainer,

php-horde-core creates a symlink pointing from /usr/share/horde/js/excanvas to /usr/share/javascript/excanvas
but the corresponding package libjs-excanvas doesn't belong to it's dependencies.
