I just got ckeditor3 running on Debian jessie and wonder, why you had  
it rejected in the first place.

It needed some hands-on work

   o symlinks for the two paste*.js files into the plugins dir of ckeditor3
   o symlink fixed in php-horde-editor

but apart from that, ckeditor now works like charm.

If you need any further hints for getting ckeditor fixed for jessie+1  
let me know.
