[pkg-horde] Will php-horde-webmail (5.2.2-1) in Jessie be updated to v5.2.5 (final)?

No. jessie is currently frozen. There is no chance that 5.2.2 will go
in this release.

Once jessie is released, I will upload all current released Horde
packages to sid. There will probably be installable from jessie using
proper apt pining. See https://wiki.debian.org/Horde for an example
from wheezy.
