[Pkg-hpijs-devel] Bug#454084: hplip: unconditional use of deluser in postinst

As it can't be guaranteed that deluser is available in postinst/purge,
the call should be made conditional.

The getent call is superfluous too, just drop it.
adduser/addgroup/deluser/delgroup handles this case automatically.
