[Pkg-hpijs-devel] Bug#508008: hplib: debian/control lacks conflict with hpoj

I tried the automated installation of the newer version 2.8.10
which found my installation of hpoj and removed it since it claims to be incompatible with hplib.

I suggest this incompatibility to make it into debian/control.
