This was when printing from the Gimp. Custom paper size set for 4x6
inches, 288.00x432.00 seems correct as defined in the PPD.

I cannot use a pre-defined paper size as choosing either "Photo or 4x6
inch index card" or "Photo with tear-off tab" doesn't allow me to print
a 4x6 photo (might be another bug, as the print size is limited to
4.411x2.117 inches, and I can only see a part of the photo in GIMP print
preview).
