[Pkg-hpijs-devel] Bug#531382: hp-toolbox not usable

Hello,

I am using hplip only because of bug #454117 (for me, the
functionality of hpijs is just fine) and tend to have a
minimalistic set of packages installed.
Nevthertheless, since it is there, I wanted to try out the
hp-toolbox utility. Here is the output
$ hp-toolbox

HP Linux Imaging and Printing System (ver. 3.9.4b)

Increasing debug levels does not change anything.
