[Pkg-hpijs-devel] Bug#552376: hplip: shipping udev rules both on /etc and /lib

Please don't ship UDEV rules both on
/etc/udev/rules.d/56-hpmud_support.rules

and 

/lib/udev/rules.d/56-hpmud_support.rules

There is no good reason to have them in both places.

Also, what is the deal with:
/lib/udev/rules.d/40-hplip.rules
/etc/udev/rules.d/z60_hplip.rules

Please ship only the correct one (they are different!) and only in one
place!
