[Pkg-ia32-libs-maintainers] Bug#540719: failed to install/upgrade

I don't know where it comes from. The only repo which is not a debian 
one is from winehq. Is it possible the problem comes from there ?
I've also installed some packages from deb files or source code. The 
last one was Dropbox.

sorry if it's not a ia32-libs bug, I thought it was
