[Pkg-ia32-libs-maintainers] Bug#536088: ia32-apt-get conflicts with ia32-libs

After installing ia32-apt-get I tried ia32-dpkg -i wine_1.1.25~winehq1-1_amd64.deb
but get the following error:

Installing ia32-libs doesn't succeed:
the following packages have unmet dependencies:
   ia32-apt-get: Conflicts: ia32-libs but 21 is to be installed

Which package do I need to run 32 bits software on my AND64?
