That is an ongoing transition and a new ia32-apt-get is already
pending sponsorship.

The whole 32bit support will be uninstallable though till all 32bit
providing packages have been fixed. So you might want to stick with
your current version and add /emul/ia32-linux/lib and
/emul/ia32-linux/usr/lib to your ld.so.conf or downgrade libc6-i386
for now.
