[Pkg-ia32-libs-maintainers] Bug#630363: ia32-libs: Request for coordinated inclusion of libv4l(-dev)

Hi Goswin,

Today I stumbled across another problem (#636301) that results from
building lib32v4l* within the package instead of including the i386
package into ia32-libs:

libv4l depends on libjpeg-dev which is provided by libjpeg8-dev. The
ia32-libs-dev package provides a .so symlink to libjpeg.so.62.0.0.
So the headers did not match the library which results in broken (M)JPEG
picture decoding. I had to remove the libjpeg support from lib32v4l* and
fall back to the internal tinyjpeg decoder to get the (M)JPEG cameras
working again.

So I'd really appreciate it if libv4l-0 could be included in ia32-libs.
