Hi,

The amd64 release notes say:

The ia32-libs package is now a transitional package which
employs the new multiarch functionality. If you have ia32-libs
installed, see the upgrade instructions in the amd64 release
notes on special steps to take.

That feels silly. I am already reading the amd64 release notes, so
why is someone telling me to switch to the amd64 release notes?

Presumably this note is only relevant on amd64, so this is a good
opportunity to make the release notes shorter on other arches. How
about this patch?

Thanks,
Jonathan
