A rebuild will fix this as libtool will see that, although libshout
links against libspeex that there is no .la file for it and simply won't
include it in the .la file of libshout. Problem solved, everybody
happy :)

Btw, the best would've been that the speex maintainer asked for binNMUs
for all involved packages after his upload... so if you ever consider to
drop your .la files....... :)
