Package: ezstream
Version: 0.5.6~dfsg-1.1
Severity: minor
Dear Maintainer,
I am using Icecast + Ezstream as my streamig Server. In the package version 0.5.6 Ezstream does not recognize the MP3 ID3v2 tags.
According to the software documentation, this could be consequence of compiling the sources without TagLib.
My workaround was:
- Packages "libtagc0" and "libtagc0-dev" were installed.
- Ezstream source was downlodaded and compiled.
- ID3v2 Tags were now recognized.
I suggest to add the "libtagc0" package to the dependencies and recompile the sources again with ID3v2 support.
Best regards,
Nestor Acuna-Blanco
