Well there is an almost official one:

SVN:
     svn://128.42.57.80/srv/svn/pkg-scim/

This only contains debian/ directory in which dpatch is used to patch
source.  This SVN is maintained by the current scim package
maintainer and only he and I have write access.  So far the contents are
simple enough not to have funny script to be included.

I have vconcern on some of the library packaging style concern which I
have no idea for judge current status.  So review by a DD withe skill is
needed.

It build OK.  Need some refinement and double check by an competent DD.
I am not comfortable enough to upload yet due to this concern.  If you
as DD can, I will appreciate.
