First, I never set good default terminals for Chinese environment in
m17n-env. I just did not know. I only did it for Japanese kterm.
Please tell me followings by adding to this table:

  Locale Terminal
  C xterm
  *.UTF-8 uxterm
  ja_JP.EUC-JP kterm
  ko_KR.EUC-KR ???
  ??? ???

If this fits into above table, yes. But mltern/gnome-terminal-emulator
etc seems to require non xterm compatible commandline option or behavior
modification methos which makes script to be a bit challenging.

Please. Just use dpatch method as used in others. It is much easier
for me to review for upload.

FYI: My Debian checking interval recently has been every 5 days.
